Refund policy

REFUND POLICY: Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage all customers to carefully review our size guide before purchasing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at annawoodliff@proton.me with the following: 

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
